The RCQ Team:
Amanda Arditti — Senior Designer
Amanda has been passionate about interior design since before she can remember and even committed to pursuing it professionally as a freshman in high school. She has always loved the challenge of space planning and using her creativity to find the best and most functional use of space. She also thoroughly enjoys watching the progression of a project from the planning stages to reality.
Her love for the field was elevated through her formal education at Syracuse University where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Syracuse provided Amanda with a strong, well-rounded foundation on which she could build her career. As an undergrad, she apprenticed under Rina at Higher Limit Design Inc. During this time, Rina gave Amanda a sneak peak of how the business end of interior design worked. Upon graduation, she was hired by Rina to serve as a junior designer.
Through the years, Amanda has continued to work and gain invaluable experience with and without Rina. During the short break between the closing of Higher Limit Design and the opening of RCQ Design, Amanda worked at Greenbaum interiors. After honing her skills and growing as a professional, Amanda is now Senior Designer at RCQ.
Jill Shobe — Senior Designer
Jill holds a B.A. in Rhetoric and Communications from Kent State University, complemented by a transformative year spent studying acting in the city. A true Jill of all trades, she thrives on exploring diverse roles, with her greatest joy found in creative endeavors and collaborative environments.
Her professional journey began in the restaurant and wine industries, but after starting a family, she shifted her focus to raising her children. During this time, she contemplated her passions and envisioned a future where she could help people enhance their living spaces. With no formal background in design, Jill took the bold step of enrolling in the New York School of Interior Design, where she earned an associate degree and pursued additional classes in drawing, as well as kitchen and bath design.
In her leisure time, Jill finds fulfillment in reading, watching films, exploring art museums and galleries, enjoying nature, traveling, and creating cherished memories with her family and friends.
Trish Moore — Master Designer
Trish holds a bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in computer science and a minor in mathematics, as well as an associate degree in interior design. Seventeen years ago, she opened her own business, where she has since completed a wide array of projects throughout Bergen County, Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Hamptons.
