Rina Capodieci-Quinn
Owner/Principal Designer
Rina is an ASID (American Society of Interior Design) certified interior designer who holds a Bachelor of Science degree from one of the strongest interior design programs in the area, The University of Bridgeport. Unlike many others, Rina is a designer who knew her intended career path from a very young age. As a teenager she was constantly redesigning her bedroom; repainting, rearranging, and even stapling bed sheets to her walls as if to upholster them—a make-shift version of what she does now.
Rina isn’t your regular one-stop designer, she does it all. After graduating with Cum Laude status in 1987, she hopped right into the design world working for the highly renowned Barbara Ostrom. Just three years later she ventured on her own, opening a well-respected firm, Higher Limit Design, Inc. Which coincided with her retail showroom Rina’s Armoire.
No project is too big for her because her knowledge goes beyond the creative. She regularly collaborates with builders and architects to ensure any project she’s on comes together seamlessly. Her range as a designer includes renovations, complete knock down to turn-key builds, and commercial projects such as the Rockleigh Country Club.
Trish Moore
Trish Moore — Master Designer
Trish brings a powerhouse blend of technical expertise and creative vision to RCQ, with a specialty in kitchen design and commercial projects. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in computer science and a minor in mathematics, along with an associate degree in interior design—an academic foundation that uniquely supports her practical, solution-driven approach to design.
Trish began her career in expo design, where she quickly gravitated toward the kitchen department. Her deep interest in this area led her to pursue certification as a kitchen and bath designer, laying the groundwork for what would become a standout specialty. Over the years, she has designed and executed kitchens that are as functional as they are beautiful—blending precision, flow, and aesthetics for both residential and commercial clients.
Seventeen years ago, she founded PMD Designs and built a thriving practice, leading complex projects across Bergen County, Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Hamptons. Her portfolio includes not just standout homes, but also commercial spaces that require both creativity and operational insight.
After working closely alongside Rina on many successful collaborations, Trish recently made the move to officially join RCQ. She’s excited to bring her design superpowers to the firm—especially in kitchen and commercial design—while gaining the support of a talented team that shares her passion for excellence. Whether leading a major renovation or fine-tuning the flow of a commercial kitchen, Trish brings clarity, creativity, and calm to every stage of the process.

What Vendors Are Saying…
It has been a pleasure working with Rina Capodieci/RCQ Design over the past 6 years. As a multi-line rep I’ve found both she and her capable team, to be most receptive and interested in seeing/learning about new products, so as to be able to share with her clients in their projects.
